I greatly enjoyed continental breakfasts with oatmeal and fresh fruit. The staff were really kind and offered guidance. The location of the hotel was central, near to nearby groceries, restaurants and freeway and Gilbert, Ariz and shopping.

We made reservations for a double queen room, but there was a mix-up upon arrival. However, the front desk staff quickly resolved the issue and upgraded us to a spacious room with a king bed. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The location was convenient to restaurants and shopping. The free WiFi and parking were also a plus. despite the initial hiccup, we had a pleasant stay at Hyatt Place Phoenix Gilbert and would recommend it.

Upset because I booked at $116 ad on the internet but charged $139 a night pluss the taxes. The first night my towels were not changed out but picked up off the floor and rehung, even a dirty washcloth. Kids were in the pool beneath my window. We called Tia at 10:06 and recalled at 10:25 as nothing had been done to get them out. Then at 10:27, 7 kids were in there and when I called Tia she said she couldn't leave the desk unattended. Why isn't that pool checked at 10 pm and locked or monitored. Tia was not helpful and we had listened to those kids since 9 pm. Screaming and shoving each other in the pool, trying to drown each other.

The hotel had a great location, close to the airport, which was very convenient for us. The staff was friendly and efficient, providing us with a smooth check-in process. We also enjoyed the breakfast offerings, with a wide selection of items to choose from. The pillows on the bed were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The cleanliness of the bathrooms was not up to par. At times, we found them to be dirty, which was a bit disappointing.

Breakfast with fresh fruit and also oatmeal. Very easy to get from Phoenix-Mesa Gateway airport, just 0.5 miles.
